Dear Sir, I am looking for precision machining of 125micron U-groove (with +/-3micron tolerances ) at 500micro pitch(with +/-1micron tolerances ). Is it possible to make such grooves on metallic(Kovar) and ceramic(AlN)? Substrate dimension is 5mmX8mmX1.5mm. After the evaluation phase, we will require 5000pcs/year.
